Title 1 Parent Involvement Plan (PIP) Membership for 2017-18

We are seeking educators, parents, school board members, nonpublic school representatives, pupil services personnel and community members to continue to serve on the 2017-2018 Title 1 Parent Involvement Plan (PIP). The PIP gives us ongoing recommendations on a variety of issues related to Title I programs.

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 2001, section 1903, requires each state that receives Title I funds to ensure that any state rules, regulations, and policies relating to Title I conforms to the purposes of Title I, and provide any such proposed rules, regulations, and policies to the Title I PIP for review and comment. We look forward to an exciting year of academic growth for all our students.


These meetings are generally two times a year for 45-60 minutes. PIP specific meeting dates for 2016-17 will be in the:

  • Fall: October 11, 2017 at 3:00 pm
  • Spring: April , 2018 (TBD)
